It's totally fine if you don't have much history right now. It may be a good idea to join discussions you are interested in and comment on other people's builds, you can get reputation in the community this way.

When you click the euro bricks picture banner at the top of the page it takes you to the home page which is what your link took me to

You can see the newest topics under "New Topics" Featured topics are the front-paged ones and only staff (and a few members) could post there.

Yes, but that is probably not the easiest way to message members. Click on my profile and you'll see two options: Follow Member and Message. Click message if you need to ask me anything.

Hi, I'm new here too and slowly figuring out how to interact here.  Full disclosure, I do have a LEGO Ideas project but I also want to be as active as I can be as well.  I do have other MOCs to share (Not many that I have photos or renders at the moment but working on it). I have never been good on forums in general but I will be doing the best I can :)
