'Ah reddish brown 2x4 brick, here we go again.' :pir-classic:

Purists, save your mental health and do not watch the following pictures.
Anyone else - enjoy!

Custom design, SLA print. DBG panels on fuel tank are painted.

How I did it?
I built the original frame in stud.io, exported the file to LDraw, then in LDView exported the file as STL and then opened that in CAD and started modelling.

Those huge brakes on the front wheel look mean! I really like it.

So 3D printed Wheels+Brakes, front schocks, Honeycomb sideplates, small link with bar holes. Did I miss anything?

But please drill out the holes in the rear disc brake, with the ammount of custom work you have already done I'd thought it would be natural

Thanks. No, you found them all.

It would not be natural, because I do not want to damage rare lego pieces, and I plan to print new one.

If you are going to print a new one anyway I can understand.

I drill all my disc brakes on my Supercar MOCs. The lbg disc brakes i use are from GoBricks and not Lego, but I wouldn't care either way :devil_laugh: Imo those brake discs should have had holes from the factory.

You could be a motorbike designer by profession. This one looks so good. I'd love to see a full, non-Lego version of the model too.

Sitting here drinking my coffee... getting ready for work and I see this.  I can hear the Whoosh! of increased tardiness fly by as I keep looking at your bike.  I gotta come back and take a longer look when I have the time.

You know something is good when someone needs to go back and take a longer look.... great job.

@Lipko Heh, thank you, I am honoured that you like it. Well, I plan to make at least sketch drawing of the vision of this motorcycle in not so distant future, and after practicing surface modelling, I might take a deeper look into deeper de-legoizing this MOC.

@nerdsforprez  Thanks. I have never imagined that my MOC could have such an side effect.

@MajklSpajkl  Thanks!

Let there be front and rear lights.

Next upgrade - hopefully rear swingarm and probably upgraded fake engine with 3D printed sideplates - need to come up with updated transmission. But then I do not know whether to share the progress here or not?

Afterlife update - I tried to make new swingarm, but the original brickbuilt was still better. Maybe next time. I added brakehandles (not documented yet on real thing), designed custom honeycomb-pattern rims, custom fuel tank panels that enable lower fuel tank with custom button batterybox for front and rear lights.

Purist update - I have finished the instructions for this MOC, you can find it on Rebrickable.com. It features full PDF guide for the main model, PDF guide for the rear sporty swingarm that enables to use wide Ducati rear tire, and PDF guide for the electric power-module that could be easily swapped with the internal combustion module used in main MOC. I also added there some STL files for custom modifications like legrest-operated shifter link, top panels assembly enabling light module below it, front custom brakediscs, and custom brake handles. There are many colour schemes possible!

Enjoy!
