[MOC] 4 Small City Stores In One (Pic Heavy)

I am in no way a [MOC] maker (see my previous attempt )

 

But I've tried again, to make a building with a small footprint, but that has different shops in it. There's a Jeweller's Shop, a Costume Shop, a Liquor Store and a Toy Store.. They're small, but there's access to each via stairs with room for shop stock.

I actually made it months ago but not shared it here because it's bad. It's just been gathering dust. But I decided if I didn't share it, I couldn't receive constructive criticism on how to improve in future.

I left space for an alleyway for jewel thieves to loiter in

No real detail at the back, since I don't see the back when my modulars are all together on the shelf

Nice build! I really like the height and the jewelry store is pretty cool too!

Yes you are, don't be so hard on yourself. You make your own creations so by definition you are MOCer. Excellent detailing and utilization of the small interior space and I like the train windshield pieces for bay windows. Nice work.
