Peppermint_M Posted November 5, 2020 Posted November 5, 2020 The Cook travels the lands, seeking interesting and tasty ingredients to rustle up a filling and delicious meal. Wherever he sets up camp, there is bound to be good food cooking that the Cook is happy to share. Another small scene I created to add to my Yellow Castle for display. This MOC is pretty special to me, more specifically the minifig. My Grandad loved to cook, to make huge meals for the whole family (there are a lot of us), he also loved to try new food and new things. We lost him in September, so The Cook is my tribute to him that I will keep bringing along with my castle MOC and any future castle display. Quote

I needed to put the pot in Thanks too, he was a character and we'll miss him. Quote
Aurore Posted November 6, 2020 Posted November 6, 2020 This is a very nice homage. I especially like the expression you gave him, and the bags and ustensils scattered behind the lady. Quote
Jerry McGlade Posted November 7, 2020 Posted November 7, 2020 It feels very nice to be there around the fire. Great job. Quote
Grover Posted November 7, 2020 Posted November 7, 2020 Very cute little build. I like the pot with all the veggies dumped into it! Quote

Like turtle stew and he used to cook up the sucker fish I speared in the creek behind his house when I was younger. Good times back then. Quote
