There's a Animal Cave Racers Contest floating around out there. This is my entry:

Title: Louisiana Gator Caver Racer

Requirements include: using an animal pilot (can't be attached by feet unless single stud or octapus and then there's other requirements), using 2 neon orange trans 1x1 rounds, 2 1x1 slopes, a shovel, and spear.

My bad! I thought since Caver Racers came for Pod Racers that they would be under Star Wars. Thanks for moving it.

No problem. I have no idea where they came from actually, but all the other cave racers have been posted here. Thanks again. Welcome to the site and thanks for sharing your cool creation with us.

Yet another nice cave racer, although it might be missing some wings!

Apparently, a certain Tim Gould, aka. Gambort came up with the idea of "Cave Racers" and the rules for them for his flickr group. Is that the contest you build this for that they are tlaking about in the discussions of that group?

For those who don't know 'em, here is the criterion:

I like! I had quite a lot of trouble getting the size right for mine - but you got this spot on!

Yes, it is, although this contest has slightly different criteria, for example the open wrench is replaced with a spade and there are a lot of animal attachment rules.

I'll post my dioramaramaramarama tomorrow once it's photomographed :classic:

Hah, I've got a gator-themed one too, which I've called "Leatherhead's Cajun Cruiser." (I'm a bit of a Ninja Turtles fan. ) I just haven't uploaded the pictures yet, but I'll post one here when I do.

I like yours a lot though, and it's a much different approach then what I decided to do with mine. I think they both work well with the gator.
