LDD Green Error Screen

So I recently opened up LDD 4.3.11 (whatever the good version is) on my laptop (I used it on my desk top only five days ago with no issue), and when it opened, a bunch of green lines went across the screen. I can still use the program (although not really), but the green horizontal lines (like the old TV look) don't go away. I reinstalled the program and rebooted my laptop and still the same thing. Has anyon else experienced this? I'd hate for this to be why I fully switch to stud.io.
