What is this part?

Hi all,

I am trying to build a horse with lego and was looking around on the web for inspiration.

What I like about the following pictures is the legs, but I am just not able to find the part starting from the hip to the cone.

Would there be anybody in the community who could tell me which part this is?

These parts are old type skeleton arms, if I'm not mistaken.
