Very nice.  I always wondered why TLG never made brown back in the day as much as they do now.  It looks good.  You have updated the set but preserved the classic feel, without making the set overly detailed.  You have included some nice details such as the bird and owl, and updated the gold from yellow studs to actual gold pieces.  It would be cool to see the original stag shields, but I understand these are in somewhat short supply.  I particularly like your elegant take on the roof.
