Some picture frame wire inside your tubing will help it hold it's shape ... Have you noticed any added friction using the black pins? I've considered that swap myself.  Definitely will be updating mine with your mods! Thanks for sharing.

Thanks I´m going to use your idea for a frame. There is no friction using the black pins because they are one plate over the tracks.
