I am looking for a batman minifig and a spider man minifig as well.

I regret not getting one of the spider man sets when they were available.

What should I try, eBay or do you guys have any other suggestions?

In what way are those magnet minifig different than the normal ones? Can you use them in mocs like

normal minifigs or are they rather only used as magnets?

i usually tend to use ebay but you can use either ebay or bricklink they both work off the same idea, as for the magnets they can be used like minifigs only that the body + legs have magnets in them and you cant remove the hip joint in the minifig, the head + arms and legs can be removed though so you can remove the magnet legs and put on normal ones so you only have a magnet in the body but either way they can be used normally

Yes, the magnet minifigs & normal minifigs are a little different, which is the magnet minifigs cant separate the torso from the leg & there are magnet in their leg. The headgear all are removable, but im not sure about the head

I have a regular blue spiderman (from spiderman 1) and a grey suited batman I'd be willing to sell/trade. :classic:

Aargh!!!! I just purchased them on bricklink. But I will keep this reply in mind. Thanks!!

I have almost al minifigs from Batman and most of them are magnets. There is not much difference with the regular versions, exepet for the waist which can't be separated, like stated before, but you can take of the head and al other parts. Magnetminifigs are gerat if you don't want to spend much money and just want to display or play with them.

I would recomend you buy them on bricklink, the cheap $, now it's the time. On S@H there are some sales on batman magnets also, but the price is in €'s....
