Hello every professional guys,

I'm not sure this problem have been discussed before or not but looks like there are still some people have this connection issue.

I have finished my 42100 last week and all testing and calibration process were successfully done, firmware upgrade on both upper hub and lower hub also finished.

My problem is, I only play successfully at first time, after that, I couldn't connect upper hub, after clicking green button on hub, the app stop at connection process, but lower hub works fine.

I have tried another phone, unload and reload app,try Brick controller 2, problem still there. Upper hub can only detected but couldn't connected.

Does anyone know how to fix this connection problem?

I don't know why this is so, and I have no idea of how to help you.

Did you contact the Lego Group? They will help you or even send you a new hub.

That's the only suggestion I could give, let me know if it helped you.

Yes. But looks like reply speed from LEGO service team may slow sown due to COVID-19, they work from home.

However, someone suggest that I can repeat firmware updating several time to fix this problem. I have tried it and it works!

I will check whether hub still work well tonight.

Cool! If it doesn't work, you can try replacing the batteries too.
