E Motor Turning Slower after a few seconds

Hello Guys,

it has been a while since i last posted something in the forum but i have this issue with this old powerfunctions e motor that has this strange behavior: after you turn it on, it runs normaly for a few seconds and then it is getting slower and slower until it almost stops with zero torque. Do you guys know what causes that or how to fix this? i know how to solder stuff so i could do it myself.

Tough one.

Batteries of course fully charged, receiver and/or battery box in good shape, wires all OK, no corrosion nowhere, right?

(I know, but it is the drill ...)

the issue is the motor itself as no matter the power source it does this (i have tried a official technic battery box, a 9v 1A mains switching psu and an fischertechnik recharcheable battery) wires are all ok too no issues there have checked it with a multimeter
