[MOD] Ocean Exploration Submarine 60264

I recently picked up the new Ocean Exploration Submarine set but didn't like the open back. A bit of MODding has made it more enclosed with a rear observation window. It's going to be used as a tourist submarine in my town (taking visitors on "underwater safaris". (I also swapped the manipulator arms for more spotlights and added some green/red navigation lights too.)
