Can the Land Rover Defenders Wheels be used for 1:8 Scale Supercars?

The wheel-tire combo does have the same outer diameter as the Porsche wheels, but they are more narrow.

Main problem I see is that the rim inside the tire is way smaller than the Porsche/Bugatti rims, so while these are maybe 19" wheels, the Defender ones would only be like maybe 15". 15" would be fine for 90s supercars, but modern supercars normally have 18"-20" wheels.

Crap.

It's just that I remember someone on here saying that the Defender Wheels also fit on the 1:8 Scale Porshe too. I'm going to the Lego Store a little later today for the first time in years with money & I don't know what to get.

Dont get me wrong, the wheel+Tire combo does fit 1:8, its just that the rim the rim is on the smaller side. They should fit on the Porsche.
