Octan Corporation awarded us the Whale Oil shipping contract. That´s good news! What´s the problem? We have to move thousands of barrels of Octan(tm) whale oil each MRCA cycle and we do not have the shipping capacity, because we outsourced shipping operations in 817 to the ETTC. Needless to say the fines in the Octan contract are very high. Where do we get the ships? Buy, beg, borrow, steal, I do not care. We might even have to (shudder) sistership.
