BARC Clones are trained to fly all manner of speeders and bikes. The Chancellor has ordered random patrols to ride through the various levels of Coruscant in an effort to keep its citizen's safe.

I like the height of it and there are some really nice parts usage. The bike looks cool and that Train Pantograph piece is a good idea, but would use a bit more black and white on it to make the whole vehicle feel one thing. The dimension stands, giving a modern feel to the background and the sloped white lane on the floor is quite unique looking too. The grey and blue is great together, but the upper part of the wall seems a bit grey, maybe some white on the walls could help. And as it's Coruscant, you could use a lot of neon colors too. 

The figures are also well made.

Is that floor smooth triangle pieces? I'm not sure I've ever seen those before!

I really love the lanterns. It's a neat little design that I may have to steal.

Really excellent build!  Gubi has a good point of the fluorescent colors, but since it appears clean and coherent I'd assume that it's one of the upper levels of Coruscant so maybe it's more uniform?  The wall, floor, and upper gantry are all great and Aurra Sing is a nice touch!

I wasn't really a fan of the speeder at first glance, it almost looks like a chibi-style speeder.  However it would be hard to pilot or steer a full-size speeder bike in a crowded city, so I realized that this is kind of the equivalent of a Vespa!  Great job packing a good amount of detail in such a small vehicle, I always like it when minifigs can reach/use the handlebars!

What is the structure with the pentagonal tiles in the foreground, is it another light fixture?

I must say, you have a real talent for integrating the different shapes of tile into your builds and this one is no a exception!

Nice tiling effect with those triangle pieces! Have to take some of them I guess. Those blue transparent pieces make the build very unique. And that nano-speeder is very effective.
