Another CCCV standard MOC...

sheepomaphone1.jpg

People in medieval times crushed beetles to extract cochineal, a red substance used for dying cloth

I'm always amazed at round construction and I would never have thought of designing a roof this way. This really is an axample of thinking outside standard Lego building techniques. The detail of the scene is excellent. I like how you used the chest tops to create the basin -and that spinning wheel is terrific! Most interestingly, I like how you created the old wooden fence. I may try this technique in my Grave Stone MOCs. Overall, a great scene!

An ingeniously work.... I especially like the interesting technique with these round 1x1 plates you´ve used for the floor and the roof....

And camouflage skellies on!

I love those sheeps! Just the right scale, simple yet life-like. I was having a bit of Shaun the Sheep marathon with my family just this morning and wondering how to make sheeps out of Lego. Absolutely brilliant! And a very nicely set up MOC altogether, too.

Most impressive, like TheBrickster I’d have never thought to have built a rounded roof like that, overall it’s a great MOC is the man with the rope trying to dip the sheep or pull it out? I have to say I do like what you’ve done with the spinning wheel.

Ye olde thankee!

Um...I don't understand...-you may be referring to the studs you can see between the bricks as 1x1 round plates, but I didn't actually use any

Doing stuff like this takes skill; SNOT's fun and not neccesarily difficult but to get it to look good can be a problem with some. Nice!

Very cool. Love the variety used in the minifigs. The guy crushing the beetle is one of my fav minifig heads. He's like the town idiot but you gotta love him!

Very different building technique!

Great detail!!

Very cool MOC once again, SlyOwl, with an all new building technique. Which I love. It makes the floor look very cool, and it's a great solution for the roof. :sweet: I love the use of treasure chest lids for that tub of beetle-juice too.

Very nice, SlyOwl!

I like the stone tiling, very effective. The sheep are well-built too, and the skellie disguised as a sheep is hilarious! I love the roof, very smart, although I think it looks more Asian than European. Aside from that though, this is a very good MOC as always, great work :sweet:

Odd that, considering it's a custom! It's Flex from Alpha Team Mission Deep Sea with the headset and goatee brassoed off

I love all these medieval life scenes of yours, really!

Those sheeps are quite well done, simple but effective, just as the architecture of the building and specially the roof

And must I say the disguised skeleton is too funny? :skull:

Great job! :sweet:
