In recent years months weeks, albrickuerque has made multiple scientific breakthroughs in the field of Military offense/defense and robotics. Should the ADF and S-CORP team up, i predict that a 2nd industrial revolution could occur, launching the entire LEGO world into the

future ( sorry, had to lighten up the overly formal atmosphere somehow... ). the ADF has already began filling out the required forms to implement S-CORP technology into the city, such as the recently unveiled cloning tanks. i can only hope you will accept my offer, but...no hurry.

As it would happen, my village, Breaniel, capital of the region Sinestria, ancestral home of the Sinister Family (no relation to the Good Doctor, I'm sure), has been under attack from neighboring megabloxian forces, who subsequently taken an important military stronghold and forced a "New Blockian Regime" over many people in the area.

In turn for military assistance, Sinestria would swear allegiance to Doctor Sinister, becoming a Tabletown State, and allow hime access to our stock pile of biological, chemical and nuclear weapons. In addition, Sinestria would like to form an additional trading relationship with the president/prime minister/dictator supreme of Albrickquerque.

To summarize, my leader, Lord Marshal Sinister, will offer you both our allegiance, our stockpiled missiles, and a regiment of our finest troops, the 8th, "Sinister's Own", commanded by Lt. Col. Thok (That's me ). In turn, Lord Marshal Sinister would receive military assistance in driving out the Megabloxians and would continue to rule Sinestria In Doctor Sinister's name.

I'm also currently working on a most intresting device...

It looks like a normal (or as normal as a bazooka can get) bazooka, but ADF Scientists have replaced the missiles with a reasonably powerful cutting lazer. i like to call it "The Murder Beam". it can liquefy any number of things (including, but not limited to, best-lockians.)
