As the title says, it there a way to contact certain people who post their MOCs on BrickShelf? Does one have to be a registered user on the website to do so? Thanks in advance for your responses.

Sometimes builders post their E-mail aswel in a file on Brickshelf, it just takes a little work to find out.

Also, some builders do MOC Pages , when your lucky :classic: .

Sometimes builders leave "clue's " about their were-abouts.. It's just like a puzzle :sweet: .

Thanks again for your responses. So it's like a dead-end or locating a needle in a haystack... That's what I thought since I couldn't find any info about individuals who post on BrickShelf. Oh well... life goes on.

I always wondered about this too rarely they have their email address shown :/ its almost imposible to find him/her unless its someone here or someone here knows that person or if they have mocpages. (pretty much what everyone else said  )

Ok, seriously, as Athos has said twice... post a link to the gallery.

It isn't always hard to find people, and with all of the information we may be able to help. Otherwise, why start a thread about it?

I'll admit it... I'm stupid when it comes to computers. One reason why I couldn't post a link to the gallery. But if any of you have the time and talent, maybe you can help me out...

Once in BrickShelf, do a search by typing "Yamato" and several folders will be displayed. The one I'm talking about is a MOC of this great ship 'sinking' as in an anime-style. It cracks me up everytime I look at it due to the minifigs' facial expressions. I want to know who made it so I can contact this guy/gal and ask him/her some questions about it.

Hope you guys can help. Not all of us are computer-savvy.

I think you mean this one, it is indeed very funny, thanks for giving the directions!

- Edit: the gallery belongs to user: cbolego, he has lots of other interesting builds as well. -

He is on MOCpages as well. One way of contacting him is writing him a review and perhaps asking him to send you a reply. You do need to leave your e-mail address, but that is an option when you write a review on MOCpages, even if you don't have your own account there.

Cheers,

Ralph
