It is quite clear these are not Lego branded parts, but many companies are now releasing people's MOCs.  Some with permission but most without permission in my experience.  Not so much a scam to the end buyer as it is fairly clear what you are buying.

Seems to be another site ripping off MOC creators, if you check their products there are creations from a lot of well known MOC builders. I highly doubt any of them gave permission, honestly since I've seen most of these on many Chinese sites, I don't think this company who has "integrated professional R & D, design, production and sales, equipped with advanced production, R & D, testing and other equipment" is doing anything else than drop shipping fake sets from Aliexpress.

No need to be angry in this case because Madoca himself is not. Of course it´s bold and outrageous what they are doing. If anybody is willing to distribute building instructions or upload anything on rebrickable - no chance to stop it.

As somebody who has joined the Dark Side of the Brick I can assure you this is nothing special at all. Chinese MOC copys are all over the place, and most dont even credit the creator. I have seen some MOCs where the seller only sells the Bricks and links the creators Rebrickable for the instructions, but it's sadly that's quite rare.

Some of my models are being sold as sets with Covid-19 bricks too. Recently someone contacted me on Rebrickable (in Chinese), asking if I wanted to work for a brick company. He was very persistent. I declined of course.

It also happened to me but he was not persistent at all.

At a certain point this guy said I was working for another brick company too, so why not for them. He was not impolite though, not polite either.

Well.

You know, there was just another Corona bit on German (tax paid) TV, two days or so ago; they do a 2 minutes of stock trade updates thing before the bad news hit on 7 pm. The guy literally said: We have so high development costs here in Germany, so we have to make our profits in China.

I believe it cannot get more cynical than that.

And now corona hits hard - and everywhere in the western world, they are pi**ing in their pants - no, sorry - they are very nervous. What on earth are people thinking? "We think it", "they make it" - for cheap? I can't stand it anymore. I cannot. And the world seem to collapse because the Chinese folks don't produce. My goodness. Where are "we"???

I know. Don't even write it: Stealing ideas, ripping off, copycats, whatever. But then: Make it >here<, where labor costs are >high<, because we live on that. And I know, there are many here that are not in the "wealthiness loop", where we care about ... new lime Technic parts ... than everything else.

Put an idea on the web and then enjoy the interest in it. Per se and not per money.

Just my two cents. I seem to collaborate with too many people in the third world (NOT including China, as I see them as drivers in every regard, bad or good)

Best
