To change that on this board you need to go to the "Forums" section of your profile (or press this link) and then in the View/Posting/Email Prefs->Topic Display Mode section pick "Standard". Quote

No, I've never used Chrome. The whole "you'll take our updates when we say so" thing worries me a bit. Thus I have no idea how this site performs with it. There's always the first post visible and other posts are listed below with member name and short part of the text after that. Very unpractical.
