It's the trailer for the jungle cutter vehicle and the temple of the crystal Skull. The sets look really good on this trailer, I'm actually now 110% sold on the new temple set.

The site linked me to the youtube video. As for Irina, she has to di ein some supernatural way, it happens to all Indy major baddies, greed bests them. I know what happens, it was revealed by the stupid people at the MPAA though it was my own fault for reading it . Although its guess work right about now, it looks pretty accurate.
