SlyOwl Posted May 5, 2008 Posted May 5, 2008 Yes, I would have used Indy if I had him, but Sam will do fine. And yes, you guessed it, this is to show off the sheep Credit goes to MicahBerger for leg technique NB. Please no Johnny Thunder. His name is Sam Grant. NBNB. My first Adventurers MOC on BS? Quote

Athos Posted May 5, 2008 Posted May 5, 2008 Is he just hallucinating that the sheep is that big because he ate one of the 'shrooms? Steve Quote
Asuka Posted May 5, 2008 Posted May 5, 2008 Wow, that´s a fascinating ram design.... and a funny and neat scenery too! Quote
Stauder Posted May 5, 2008 Posted May 5, 2008 Clever MoC, and cool sheep design... Mmm Mushruooms... :-D Stauder. Quote
The Brick Rat Posted May 5, 2008 Posted May 5, 2008 Funny vig and cute sheep design. Since it appears to be the guardian of the 'Temple of Shroom', I'm guessing the sheep is male and it's name is Mola...Mola Ram. Quote
LegoLyons Posted May 5, 2008 Posted May 5, 2008 Baaaaaaaa eautiful Moc. Love the sheep , and the mushrooms look cool too. Quote
SlyOwl Posted May 5, 2008 Author Posted May 5, 2008 Thanks You playing around with Animals this month? Mebbe. Is he just hallucinating that the sheep is that big because he ate one of the 'shrooms? I deliberately oversized this sheep for the effect Quote
Athos Posted May 5, 2008 Posted May 5, 2008 Baaaaaaaa eautiful Shouldn't that be baaaaaaaaa-ewe-tiful... Steve Quote
WesternOutlaw Posted May 6, 2008 Posted May 6, 2008 A little strange S.Owl, but creative none the less. I love Johny's expression. I to, would be terrified of that stay-puff Baa Sheep. I'm always impressed with the creativity shared in mocs like this one. Very clever. Quote
iamded Posted May 6, 2008 Posted May 6, 2008 I don't know how you made that sheep, but it certainly looks great, as does the scene as a whole. Great job, lookin' forward to future MOCs! ~Peace Quote
WhiteFang Posted May 6, 2008 Posted May 6, 2008 That sheep looks real neat I like the way our new adventurer running away from it! Quote
SlyOwl Posted May 6, 2008 Author Posted May 6, 2008 I don't know how you made that sheep, but it certainly looks great... It is based around a 1x2 tile with one stud stuck to the middle of the bottom of a 1x3 plate. The plate has the clip for the head on it and the 1x2 and 1x1 tiles. An old skeleton arm provides a tail, attached to the bottom of the rear stud of the 1x3 plate. Each leg consists of an old skeleton arm lodged onto a 2x2 dish. A gear stuck running through a 1x1 cone and into the arm ball socket makes the lower leg. Two of the studs on each 2x2 dish wedge over the corner of the jumper plate. Repeat four times, and the head is straightforward. I don't think that made sense Quote
