Is there to be a Christmas raffle this year? I know it is usually open by now.

 

If not then how about just posting some simple Christmas or winter MOCs for fun only.

Yes, it looks like no raffle this year. But I agree, we can post pictures of our holiday MOCs nevertheless. What about if this year's topic was "Christmas Around The World"? Show the traditions that are unique to your country or your family! There is no deadline and no prizes.
