This is a good start. There is a lot of room for improvement, but with that said I applaud just participating and submitting an actual build for each challenge or episode! Good job.

A few things you could look at next time:

• As @MKJoshA always preaches and practices: Try using more tiles for a smoother look (ie.g. on the top of the structure).
• Try experimenting with the bricks - they do not always need to click into place...
• Try posing your minifigures a little more... Arms and legs does not need to be attached...

@DarthsDonuts54 it would be nice to have a bit more visibility of the inside of the room. Consider using cutaways or open-sided structures to show off your building more.
