Custom eye decals for Powerpuff Girls headpieces?

Hey there, I’m looking for someone or something who can print custom Powerpuff Girls eye decals for the headpieces of Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup. I’ve been having no luck at all and I need your help.

 

Also, here are my preferences for the decals:

 

  1. The eye decals require white ink.
  2. Decals must be matte or the slightest bit glossy.
  3. Decal paper must be transparent.
