Transmission

I've searched but to no avail - could have missed it - for a simple transmission that does two things-

1-has one output that is continuously turning - and

2-one output at 90 degrees that can be reversed via a lever.

Any suggestions wold be appreciated.

Red input and out constant direction

Yellow output reversable with lever.

Shock absorber for snap change over.

Thanks, these will do the trick since after I posted I found out I need the 90 degree difference.
