marvelBoy123 Posted September 20, 2019 Posted September 20, 2019 Wow, I don't really look at pirates stuff but this is incredible. The level of detail is brilliant, what a build! Quote
The Neighborhood Merchant Posted September 20, 2019 Posted September 20, 2019 What a fantastic MOC! All the small details and the beautiful color palette are extremely pleasing to the eye. I don't believe I've ever seen palm trees made like that before, they look great! I This is one of those MOCs that I'd love to see go on Lego ideas. Also got to love the use already of the new chameleon! Quote
Ultimo Posted September 21, 2019 Posted September 21, 2019 I adore this MOC! The colors are just fantastic, the idea of raft as well. Well done on the sails too! And of course, the small island is a lovely cherry on top of this amazing creation. Quote

Thanks Neonic, there's plenty of fun to be had building multi-hulled vessels. 20 hours ago, marvelBoy123 said: Wow, I don't really look at pirates stuff but this is incredible. It was a bit of a struggle to come up with a palm tree build with the newer (to me) palm style leaves so I'm glad you like them. Thanks for the love! 9 hours ago, Ultimo said: I adore this MOC! Glad you like the sails as I was split between going custom-cut fabric and all brick-built with convincing results so I'm relieved that they're appreciated. Thanks! Quote
Aliencat Posted September 21, 2019 Posted September 21, 2019 That is so cool! I love the catamaran design! Quote
carebear Posted September 23, 2019 Posted September 23, 2019 Love Love this! - The way you made sails are just right! Greetings! Quote
LEGO Train 12 Volts Posted September 23, 2019 Posted September 23, 2019 What a fantastic diorama ...I love that little island and the skeleton with the key in the hand! Very well done! Quote
_TLG_ Posted September 24, 2019 Posted September 24, 2019 Nice, I like the sails and the water visalisation especially! Quote
Thedarkmaster2 Posted October 6, 2019 Posted October 6, 2019 A great different approach to the pirate aesthetic It really has an oriental look Quote
Aurore Posted October 19, 2019 Posted October 19, 2019 (edited) Both the ship and the tiny island are wonderful! I really love the little details, such as the potted plant and dog on the ship... Edited October 19, 2019 by Aurore typo Quote
GeoBrick Posted October 25, 2019 Posted October 25, 2019 Instead of "Pirates of the Caribean", its all "Pirates of the Polynesean" here! Well done! Quote
Anders T Posted October 25, 2019 Posted October 25, 2019 Very cool MOC For me it has some Post-apocalyptic or steampunk thing going on. This is mostly because of the kind of makeshift style of the hull. Actually a very clean build. -And the guns that look kind of “machiny” Quote
Maxim I Posted October 28, 2019 Posted October 28, 2019 Awesome job with the sails! The cannons are also top notch and I love all the details you put in this MOC! Quote
Fairfang Posted January 8, 2020 Posted January 8, 2020 nice pirate-catamaran. So many details in such a small space. Quote
zinnn Posted August 4, 2021 Posted August 4, 2021 Incredible! Can someone ID for me the torso of the pirate in the bird's nest pls? Quote
jan kusters Posted August 5, 2021 Posted August 5, 2021 Great design and build! Quite unusual, and it looks great. Lovely detail, interesting sail plan and a very nice island as well. This would make a great set! Quote
NOD Posted August 5, 2021 Posted August 5, 2021 Great idea and a beautiful and extraordinary ship. Quote
Garmadon Posted November 23, 2021 Posted November 23, 2021 I don't recall ever having seen a pirate catamaran before, and now I'm wondering why! Lovely work, those sails are great (the stripes are perfect!), and the texture on the catamarans works really nice too. Add to that just the right amount of activity, the scene, and some awesome presentation and you've got yourself something special, mate! Great stuff! Quote
thewatchman Posted November 23, 2021 Posted November 23, 2021 Absolutely perfect set, masterfully built vessel and island. So inspired and those sails are simply perfect! Quote
