exxo Posted September 14, 2019 Posted September 14, 2019 I bought a new electrician on bricklink.com (bb0961c01, bb0959c01, bb0960c01) and I can’t connect the hub to the lego control+.The hub establishes only two connections (as I understand it) out of four, after which it disconnects.Brickcontroller 2 establishes a connection with the hub, I can control the engines, but then only those that are connected to the C and D ports, and any engines in them work, even my old M-motors. The motors that are connected to ports A and B cannot be controlled; nothing happens when the sliders are moved. Did anyone have this? Software problems or hub broken? Can I connect incorrectly? Here is the unboxing video. Quote
PetSild Posted September 14, 2019 Posted September 14, 2019 Must be connected to ports A,B,C at the same time. Other combinations are not supported, I hope that the restriction is temporary for a set 42099. Quote

imurvai Posted September 14, 2019 Posted September 14, 2019 BrickController2 version 1.7 has an unfortunate limitation that the motors connected to port A and B should be identical. It'll be fixed in version 1.8. Quote
PetSild Posted September 14, 2019 Posted September 14, 2019 Thank you for the good news. When can we look forward to the 1.8 version? Quote
imurvai Posted September 14, 2019 Posted September 14, 2019 It's already being reviewed in the stores so I expect it to be live in 1-2 days at most. Quote
