Downtown Diner, I love three floors, I do not like the pink car and the pink "Diner" sign.

Corner Garage, I like that it serves as a corner building, I do not like, the brown color, looks so dull and not beautiful

Which one will you pick if you can pick only one??

Corner garage.  While it gets dumped on a bit, it really is an excellent set.  The color palette is a bit muted but it's balanced well, the architecture is very realistic but the best thing is that it's a great playset.  The garage is a neat playset on it's own and pairs well with smaller car sets that kids may already have, and the roof over the gas pump as well as the other roof surfaces make this a great superheroes playset for minifigs to jump around and battle on.  I know this may not be the kind of feature that you're looking for in a modular, but corner garage is just good Lego.

When will be the next Expert building to come after Corner Garage? Any guess from experienced lego players? I've got Paris Restaurant and Assembly Square already and I don't want to get Diner and this Garage.....

I find the Downtown Diner more charming than the Corner Garage. The theme is lovely and the architectural features of the build are quite outstanding. The garage appears to me a bit gimmicky with its layout and the interior of ground level could have received more detailing.

I picked both.

If I could only pick one due to budget limitations, I'd pick neither. I'd spend that money on something else like the fishing store.

It sounds like you like the attributes of The Diner more.  The car can be hidden or used for something else, and the sign can easily be removed if you do not like those.  Plus, the Diner is significantly less expensive.

The Diner (which I have) is nice, and the Garage (which I don't) is probably nice. But if you have the slightest interest in something a bit different, and you can afford it, I would recommend Ninjago City as the ultimate 'modular' building experience. I can't recommend it highly enough. Just great fun to build, from start to finish. Constant 'wow' moments.

Ninjago City ? Which set numbers do you recommend?

Not a budget issue, but I don't very like Diner and Garage , but I only like Expert buildings that are still available and not retired.

Ninjago City is a specific set, 70620, age 16+. It is, I think, the fourth largest set ever released. The techniques used are some of the most unusual you will find in an official Lego set.

You don't have to have any interest in Ninjago to appreciate it. The feeling is quite Japanese and somewhat science fiction, like Blade Runner. The Lower levels are less sci-fi and more naturalistic.

If you don't like them, then don't get either. There will be more in the future.

Is there any stickers for this set and how many? if you know?

You know, that's an excellent point. Its not like there aren't any other satisfyingly complex lego sets around.
