Instructions in good condition and box is available but will make shipping more expensive. 10216 Winter Village Bakery- $160 complete but no box and instructions have pages falling out. 10222 Winter Village Post Office- $250 complete but no box and instructions have pages falling out. 10236 Ewok Village- $270 complete with instructions and box in good condition.
