Question about Fairground sets

Hi all I'd like to know, was there any Expert sets or similar scale set of Ferris Wheel (10247) and Roller Coaster (10261). I don't mean the smaller version like those from Creator 3in1

And approximately when were they first released? Thanks a lot.
