10247, Ferris Wheel, I like it, but it's too big for me. 

It's retiring recently because I find that price here rises up vigorously 

(about 30% on average)

Do you think Lego will release a new set of Ferris Wheel in next three years? by feeling

There is another smaller and simpler one in the Friends rollercoaster set.

Why not build that instead. I imagine any cheap Creator one would look like that.

 

After all, instead of the Creator Expert Carousel:

would you want the smaller Creator Carousel?

 

Any cheap Ferris wheel is likely to look much simpler than the Expert set, similar to that in the Friends set.

I only like Ferris Wheel but not Carousel

The point of showing the two different level carousels was to show that any cheap or smaller version of the Ferris wheel would not look anything like the Creator Expert one.
