60200 or 60233 is a better match to a city?

I am thinking between 60200 and 60233 , I drink responsibly so I will only choose either one. Which one do you think is a better match to other buildings of the city, e.g. Assembly square, downtown diner shop or other police office of the City series?

Neither of them fit well with the modulars, as they are completely different style builds. But it is really up to you. Do you want a donut store in your city? If you do, go with that set. If you don't then go with the other one.
