That's going to vary depending on who you ask, based on what they personally value about modular buildings. I'm inclined to agree on Assembly Square, but that's my own very subjective opinion - I like modulars that incorporate multiple different types of spaces, and Assembly Square packs in a café, music shop, dance studio, florist, photography studio, bakery, dentist, and apartment, plus a nice little plaza/fountain. I feel like I get more for my money that way. But including so much variety reduces the space that can be devoted to each section, so others prefer the single-use buildings like the Fire Brigade or Palace Cinema.

The Detective Office and Assembly Square are lovely. In contrast to many other people that consider it the best Modular, the Parisien Restaurant ranks lower in my world. The Brick Bank was kinda boring. Haven't built the diner and The Corner Garage yet.

Here I can get assembly square for $230, great value, I will get it soon. I love Diner DOwntown as well, but it should not retire faster than assembly square,
