ks6349 Posted June 23, 2019 Posted June 23, 2019 Assembly Square (10255) is still of the best value, do you agree? Quote
tafkatb Posted June 24, 2019 Posted June 24, 2019 That's going to vary depending on who you ask, based on what they personally value about modular buildings. I'm inclined to agree on Assembly Square, but that's my own very subjective opinion - I like modulars that incorporate multiple different types of spaces, and Assembly Square packs in a café, music shop, dance studio, florist, photography studio, bakery, dentist, and apartment, plus a nice little plaza/fountain. I feel like I get more for my money that way. But including so much variety reduces the space that can be devoted to each section, so others prefer the single-use buildings like the Fire Brigade or Palace Cinema. Quote
Mylenium Posted June 24, 2019 Posted June 24, 2019 The Detective Office and Assembly Square are lovely. In contrast to many other people that consider it the best Modular, the Parisien Restaurant ranks lower in my world. The Brick Bank was kinda boring. Haven't built the diner and The Corner Garage yet. Mylenium Quote
MAB Posted June 24, 2019 Posted June 24, 2019 To answer that, you have to buy and then build them all. :-) Quote

I love Diner DOwntown as well, but it should not retire faster than assembly square, Edited June 25, 2019 by ks6349 Quote
