Looks like a kit bash - the sand blue slope and curves are from the set Jedi Duel 7103 -  https://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemInv.asp?S=7103-1

I've taken a look on BL for you. It looks to include both 30036 and 3479, so, according to Bricklink, what you have here must have parts from either Explorien Starship or Planetary Decoder.

But, as @Hold0511 said above, this is definitely a combination of multiple sets. Some of the parts in there don't appear to be from any of the three sets, so it's probably just a MOC built from random parts in somebody's collection.
