efferman Posted June 2, 2019 Author Posted June 2, 2019 The sideview of the uppercarriage is more or less complete. Quote
technicfan Posted June 2, 2019 Posted June 2, 2019 Efferman this is going to be gorgeous. I'm a big fan of bulldozers, I would love to be able to build at your skill level. Any chance you could please do PDF instructions for this, i'm happy to pay for them?, I have too much trouble following the LXF files. Keep up the good work. Quote
efferman Posted December 4, 2019 Author Posted December 4, 2019 a long time ago i stopped this small project, bot now it is again on top of the pipeline. Quote
efferman Posted December 5, 2019 Author Posted December 5, 2019 (edited) First Sketch of the Track drivetrain and a reduction of roundabout 9:1 Which functions would you need on the ripper? edit: I had expected it wouldnt have much space, but this will be more than tight Edited December 5, 2019 by efferman Quote
efferman Posted December 6, 2019 Author Posted December 6, 2019 Iam glad the tracks mounted this early. the trackwidth is one stud to narrow. Quote
1gor Posted December 6, 2019 Posted December 6, 2019 First of all it looks really good, specially characteristic surfaces on front bonnet and cab; by my calculations (wheelbase is 3867 mm) with 1: 16 approximate scale it would be good fit to your trucks (Scania tow truck or M.A.N. hook loader truck)...perhaps you could use it in combination to Scania SLT which could be truck for Dozer transportation. efferman Posted December 6, 2019 Author Posted December 6, 2019 Fun fact is: The SLT was built for transport of this Dozer. So i was focused to the same scale. Quote

Ok, I’m looking forward to it, I’ve already bought the STL building instructions. See you soon. One more question, Do you plan to provide an alternative, working with PF motor? because new ones will be expensive Quote
