I like the castle.  The texturing in the wall is nicely done.  I like the little spots in the wall that have holes giving it that nice weathered look.  The only thing that looks off is the 1x2 plates don't seem to fit with the rest of the texturing you've done.  The roof and the windows are nicely done too.  I like the rockwork at the base and the way you did the water.  Nice figs too.

You never cease to amaze me!
This is so lovely, so much! But it's also really really grim and sad, the trees got an excelent "dying" color, namely in the first picture. Idk if you went for an autumnal mood, but this is soo Hound of the Baskervilles! I really love it!

You're welcome!

Oh, and another thing: I really like the idea of water and boat. It really makes my fantasy work: is the tower accessible by boat only? And if that's so, then why? Is it a refuge and are the inhabitants living in a real danger? Or are they just weird? Or, is it that the tower is accessible by foot, but they live very close to lake or rivulet, and maybe they're just having fun in a boat?
Very, very nice build!

mmm...you are so close to my idea Aine..!!:classic: ...is an area somewere in the middle of a desolate site and the only way to get there is just the boat. the guests took the call adn they just landed on the side of the castle.they will pass a lot of trials to finaly reach the main gate of the castle.....

So, it's more of a horror story, than just a fairy tale? :-)

Woow. This looks awesome!
The wall textures are great! I like the vines sticking out of them. But there is a section that uses only masonry bricks (upper left). They do add a lot of texture, but personally I like the lower sections (mixed with jumper plates) better.

The trees are nicely done! I like how you did them angle and how you used that sand green tone for the leaves.

The water path is spectacular! And using those slope pieces to define the lake design is a very clever and interesting idea.

Finally, I really like the photography. The shadowy part of the moc makes it look like a horror scene. I don't know if that was the intention, but it looks good to me.

Awesome work!
Cheers.
