Bodi Posted May 12, 2019 Posted May 12, 2019 After a thorough reading of the challenge rules, the Oleanders realized that their large ships weren't suited to navigate in shallow waters, luckily for them, not everyone in the colonies came from the Old World, some of the settlers used to travel in strange shaped boats, with rigid sails. Apparently their ships were designed for coastal navigation, which should constitute an advantage in the upcoming event. Consequently, these settlers of Loti origin were recruited by la Royale as legionnaires of the newly formed Foreign Legion. The Legion is open to any volunteer who wishes to serve to under the flag of la Royale, no matter if you were a ninja or a fisherman. One particularity of this type of junk is it's propelled by sails and oars, like a galley. Its hull also differs from the Halosian ones, especially the bow, it has a more angular shape.
