at-ap, clones, or rougue shadow

i have now a decision to make. i have now an at-ap and not so much clones. but now i can buy an at-ap (again but two seems to be cool) or 4 clones battlepack wich makes 16 clones, or i can buy rogue shadow. wich one do you prefer?

Well if I were you I'd get the Rogue Shadow first, then get another AT-AP (firsts beasts seconds!)

But I can't argue at all with getting another AT-AP. I'm thinking about getting a second one myself because it's just too cool looking

It all depends on what your end goal is. Do you want a collection of ships? Or do you want to build an army?

I would probably do something in between, like get two or three battle packs, and then get the Rogue Shadow.

Tough decision, on the one hand I'd say get another AT-AP because it's one of my favorite SW sets, it's extremley aesthetically pleasing, and a great parts pack.

On the other hand though, the RS is probably going to be the most valuable down the road, what with it having three exclusive figs.

But it really all depends on what you want/need right now, a super-cool spaceship with a huge amount of features and hidden weapons, a sturdy ground walker with enough firepower to take out just about anything, or a small army of Phase 2's. To put it a different way, which do you need right now: a spaceship, a ground walker, or an army?

i think i like an army of clones so i do that and i want to make a great republic base for them. with an at-ap hanger and more. maybe someone haves ideas about what must be in the base?

Well I think the clones or my opinion you could get a AT-TP and a Clone Battle Pack so you'd have 2 AT-TPs and more clones.(just my opinion with you thinking of getting Rouge Shadow which is $50 and AT-AP+I Clone Pack=$50)

Well, depends on what your goal is. Don't buy the Shadow if you are army building. I prefer bps, especially when you have a limited number of clones already. AT-TP's are cool, but I wouldn't buy to many, seeing how you can get just as many Shockies with just 2 bp's, and those puppies will be drying up soon I am afraid.

How much money do you have??? If you have enogh to muy a RS (about $100-120 correct) and the At-ap is $60-80 right? that means you could buy another atap and about 2 Bps

Another wicked idea... I just bought 2 Rogue Shadows, minus the Minifigs of course, for the same price as 1. I am going to modify it to be a symmetrical 3 seater, and will carry a speeder bike. I was inspired by the RS mod here. Now, I am sure you are not interested in this kind project per say, but have you considered, for Army building purposes, Brick link? BTW, when I get them, it will take a while, but I will post picture once the digital camera, along with my lovely wife and girls, return from the Nederlands in a few weeks. wow, palin jax, i thought TLG was still going to make the bps even after their year. but if thats not the case, i guess the new indy sets will have to wait until i get more clones...

anyways, id say get a few clone BPs, (like 1 or 2) and then get something from your other topic (droids or clones BPs or an MTT.)

Well JimB... thats not a for sure as more an educated observation from past experience. They'll probably last up to the CW release, but I wouldn't put much stock in them being on the shelves much after that. Besides... TLC need to make room for mad CW bp's... and I hope they add a 501st'er in there...
