Why is 7713 Bridge Walker and White Lightning so expensive?

I was just randomly looking on the Bricklink prices for Exo-Force sets, when I suddenly came upon this set

According to Brickset.com, this set originally retailed for 50$, so I was shocked to see that there are currently only two listings on Bricklink, each going for 125$ at the very least. 

Does anyone know why this set is so rare/expansive?

IIRC it was a store exclusive, which often have a tendency to be rarer on the aftermarket due to not being distributed as widely in the first place.
