whats BTAS? i know BB is batman begins, and TDK is the dark knight, but not this one...

anyways, nice job. i like your old joker better, but the smaller eyes are more lego-ish. nice gordon, i really like that one, but the lips are a little strange and ras al gual is alright, but the hair and clothes are off from BB, even though you said BTAS, so...

What did you like better about the first Joker? I ask as i want to know if it needs improving more.

Pretty cool.... I too think that the smaller eyes work better, and Ra's Al Ghul just looks great,

with a wonderful detailed face and a well fitting suit. But there´s something with your Commissioner

Gordon and I can´t put my finger on it.... the torso works very good, but that face.... perhaps he just

looks too smooth, too young, too well shaved or so....

Well the commish is based on the BB one, so i tried to keep it more real. Though i might do a more bushy eyebows version.

As for TBA, well in my rush to post i got it wrong as you have no doubt guessed it should read BTAS.

As for others what do you want to see? Any pics would be helpfull too.

I do intend to make a Hush though and perhaps a Mad Hatter.

I think maybe just some eyebrows, would make it more distinct. I understand of course it is the BB version, but I'd like to see some eyebrows.

I thought you meant BTAS, but I also thought you might of meant the sequel series TNBA, which was closer. He's definitely my favourite, fantastic work on the hair. The eyes must've been hard, you've done them well, but perhaps a bit thinner black bags around his eyes would be better.

Mad Hatter would look great, maybe, while you're at it, you could try a BTAS Talia or Ubu:

Vader, these are some of the best custom figures I have seen on this site (then again I stay away from this forum because I consider minifigures customized with decals and clay cheating ).

Green stuff and Corel Draw, now I remember. We've had this discussion before. Last time it lead to a weird debate over the toxicity of green stuff. I have to say I like both Joker faces. I know that doesn't help you much, but the bigger one was appropriate for the subject matter but the smaller one looks cool too. I guess if I had to, I would say I prefer the newer version. Something about the way you re-arranged it brings out the psycho lip lines better.

This is one of the best custom fig heads I've seen. I love the eyes and the glasses so much. It's really awesome. That torso is pretty cool too. Ra's fig is altogether awesome too. I love the way the eyes turned out and again, it's one of the best custom hairpieces I've seen. You've got skill at this, that's for sure.

I wonder, althought I bet we've already talke about it what type of decal paper you use. Is it clear or white? I can see the edge of the decal in your customs and it seems matte rather than glossy. Do you use a clear coat? That's the only criticism I have for your work overall and it's a minor thing. Probably boils down to preference, I bet. You really do produce great figs. It's an art, for sure. Thanks again for sharing them, I look forward to seeing more.

oh, thanks for explaining BTAS. but um, is gordons mouth open? oh i just looked at it again, its his stache, right? wow, i can be slow sometimes or it might be because you couldnt find a brown flattop. oh well . and i liked the crazed look in your first joker, but the second one kind of takes away from it. i think you might want to make the lips more in line with the mouth, and make them bith a bit bigger. just my thoughts, so do what you want.

I know what you mean about the faces, the bigger one did look more sinister. I decided to keep them both for now as i really cant decide which i like more

The Jim Gordon one really surprised me, when i first printed the decal i didn't like it but on the head i really like it. It seemed to go on alot smoother than most of my others, the torso needs work though, perhaps a police badge might help.

As their is a big demand for the Commish i want to make a few to sell, perhaps ill do different versions.

Yep his mouth is covered by his stache, i shall be adding more bushy eyebrows at some point.

The lips do need moving abit, that's something i was working on yesterday.

Micromark.com! babyjawa recommended the site to me, I bought some paper and it's really smooth. Best I've used yet. I highly recommend it. Do you have an ALPS printer? How are you printing white on clear? Cool!!!

Thanks for the link, I'll have to buy some i think. Anything to get a better, clearer decal. As for printing white i'm afraid that i dont have a printer that's able to do that, however i have found a way around that

Oh my! That Ra's Al Ghul is just perfect. Please don't make any major changes of that one. I can imagine David Warner talking by just looking at it. (I bought season 2 and 3 of BTAS only last month!) I would seriously consider buying him if you decided to sell. I'm not so sure on Gordon, but he is harder to do. I suppose the hair bothers me a bit as I see him as having a lot less due to age; you could try giving him an Indy hat. I agree with Batbrick that eyebrows could help.

Well i think the hair on Ra's needs to be smoothed out more, face and torso wise i won't change him. I will most likely sell him on ebay sometime, but not sure when just yet.

I've been working on another version of the commish, different hair and an older face. I hope to post them in the next day or so, but the indy hat is a good idea...might try that.
