Hey everyone,

I haven't been on in a while, been busy with school, and I was looking back on some of my most resent posts, and what I read was atrocious.

I was really being a noob and for that I apologize. :classic:

I was posting comments, seemingly, without thinking, and was being a jerk.

Now that I have realized the error of my (old) ways I am going to: 1- go edit most of my resent posts, and 2- try to not be such a noob.

Thanks, Tarfful

Well, that's very honourable of you, but I personally can't see anything majorly wrong with your recent posts. But trying to post better is always appreciated just the same! :sweet:

Thanks Sinner, it's much appreciated. :classic:

To be clear it's not so much my most recent of posts as my semi-recent posts, if that makes anymore sense.

not to mention the "person above me thread aka spam fest" but I guess we all did it..

Heh, I remember seeing the first threads and posts I made, and thinking how much of a n00b I was too. It's good to see you posting for the better, though!

I think this is the best part of being a great community here at EB: we all get to learn how to behave and respect each other a bit more every day.

Why does everyone keep spelling noob n00b? It's really strange.

On another note thank you all for the positive comments, they are all appreciated. :classic:

Seriously, It's good you've seen something you didn't like about yourself and changed it for a better tommorow. :sadnew:

Hogwash! All the posts I've seen you post in the Star Wars 2008 sets thread were completely mature!(don't tell me you post in the other topics[a.k.a. the rest of Eurobricks  ])

Anyway, goggleson is right. Self-critiscism and the ability to do so in public is a feat rarely achieved, so I congratulate you on your statement to the EB community!

No-longer-a-n00b-and-yet-you-never-were-one ON! :sweet:

P.S. People spell noob n00b because they have a vain feeling that it will be targeted by the word censor, although there isn't one. Also because n00b is more of an online term and the '00' makes it look more 'computery'.

I always thought it was because it made the term more demeaning. It reminds me of all the other Internet jargon that kids use like roxxors and the like when they need to be sarcastic or feel it necessary to belittle someone. The "00" really gets the point across.

Actually I do, my life is not just SW you know.

You should have seen me in my days of old, but every active person has not been here long enough to remember what I was like way back then!

*Points at the member joined thingy*

I remember a PM from Double T telling me to stop posting so darn much  We all started somewhere! And just look at me now..

Now I'm annoying and use grammar!

Well, I'll admit that I've been too, I am in a lot of stress with school and trying to pick out a highschool (okay, I'll admit it, I'm only 14, but please do not ban me, not without any reason other then my age that is, if I do something bad, by all means.) But yeah, I guess I'm trying to say sorry for my personal NOOBing(?) and don't want to waste a new topic.
