Possible PM bug with spoiler tag

Hi, I think there's a bug with the private message system. Currently, when I write a private message, there's no option to use spoiler tags in the top menu. 

This is what it looks like for me:

Doing it manually, with brackets, still works, but I'd like the option back. It is super important for the AMCRA committee in Brethren of the Brick Seas, as we write each other's stories, and we try not to spoil anything, by using these tags.

And... someone told me if I resized my window it would come back. And it did. 

Still a bit annoying, but thanks to @Bregir for letting me know about that.
