Do you play with your lego?

it's hard enough growing old let alone growing up! I tried growing up once, it didn't work for me, I missed out on some awesome sets

I voted 'other' as I mostly MOC (and MOD) then display, but occasionally I have been known to play with stuff. You know, swoosh models, stuff like. Although I kind of view the actual building part as playing.

But I do that kinda theme orientated: Star Wars is most of the time displayed,while I like to play with City and Indy sets,for MOCing purposes I use my big collection of lose bricks.

I moc, play, (I guess I play with it?) and then store the pieces. After I put everything away or on display or whatever happens to it I start all over again. It's a cycle, that keeps on going...

I do not have a big mess, as I keep all the pieces sorted. It took forever to get into the habit of cleaning up after each moc.

I do a little of each, but usually i play when my wife is else where, other wise she make fun of me. Also i enjoy getting a group of my Crownies together to try and take down the mythic beasts of my house, the dog and cat, the wifes dog of course is off limits. and then the castle sets i display for awhile.

Now I put them on display most of the time, maybe putting my mechs in other poses sometimes.

For most of the time my LEGO sets are, unless stored away, set up on display. I may occasionally take them down and play with them for a few minutes, or if it's technic sets, admire them and study their functions in real-time. And then there's the occasional experimenting, before restoring them back. So I chose "other", "play" and "display".

I like to keep them in a nice and well organized display (that is constantly attacked by my siblings ), use the spare parts amassed over the years to MOC, and occasionally play with my armies by making them shoot each other to bits . that really is how I waste my time, erm... play with my Lego bricks, yeah.

Hey, don't be embaressed! I am 20 and I play with it too! Although I usually have it on display, I can't help it to pick up a car, airplane, or starfighter MOC or whatever and swoosh it around a little bit whenever I get bored from doing homework!

I display my Lego Star Wars and the rest of the bricks is sorted by colour and/or function. And I intend to collect parts for some serious castle mocing over the next few months
