Once again, LDD works in a weird way, i need to do this:

but for some reason, in LDD it is off by a bit when you try to do that

it is page 157 step 378 of the instructions of the millennium falcon 75192 LEGO set

if you could tell me how to make a hyperlink too that would be nice

Since i havent played with the hinge tool that much, i could only tell you i have tried typing the degree, rotating it using the thing on top left, and i have tried using hinge align tool. If i didn't say anything about what you are talking about, could you send me a link to a video that could explain it?

Did you try with a dummy model? Your model could be altered while building it, and the deformation could cause the problem. A simplified dummy model could help to understand if the problem is due to an LDD issue or to something wrong in the model.

PS: try to don't write SMS-like, paying attention to punctuation and capitalization.

The same connection was discussed here too. I think it's a semi-'illegal' connection that found its way into an official model.
