My 2018 Winter Village

Crossposted in Town, but highlights the train, so thought I'd post it here.  I previously brick-built the old Holiday train, but then I liked the engine on the newer one and just combined the sets.

Sweet. And if there's anything coming (for me) out of the "Are the Creator Expert trains finished? " thread is that someone mentioned that Holiday Train is still being sold and I decided to just go for it (and throw in the station for good measure). I haven't even considered that train (seemed not that playable) earlier, I guess that's how Christmas atmosphere works :)

Wow! Thank you for sharing your Christmas train and village layout! Very festive. I liked the addition of the led-lighted snow flakes and street lights. I agree that the newer locomotive is cooler than the old one.

So an old system to power the train it seems, so no battery box.
