Need help identifying this LEGO set please. Picture included.

Hi guys. I have been out of the LEGO loop for a long while; however, I was at the Los Angeles Auto Show this past weekend and saw this LEGO set on display. Is this an official set? Or a moc? What? I would love to get my hands on it to be honest.

It's interesting because this was an official event and it has Ford stickers. Dunno, but I like what I saw.

The airplane is kit 31011 and the tower is from kit 60104.
