Snape’s chamber is the sixth room in tghe underground dungeons of Hogwarts.
Harry have to drink the correct potion to walk trough the black flames to stop Voldemort finding the Philosopher's Stone. 

This is a scene of Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone. It wasn’t in the movie.
