Derek Posted April 11, 2008 Posted April 11, 2008 I have no idea why. Thats strange. By the way your signature is obnoxiously large... Quote
Front Posted April 12, 2008 Posted April 12, 2008 They must have been made in two different moulds. Remember that the minifigure has been made for ages (since '78), before computer aided modelling was used. Front Quote
Faramir Posted April 12, 2008 Posted April 12, 2008 (edited) If they are only the Indy sets and that fig with sharp corners, then I'd have to guess that they are using a different mould for the newer figs. Or maybe even that older fig's corners just got rubbed down from the years. <Faramir P.S. I agree with DarthPerson, just resize it down a little bit. Edited April 12, 2008 by Faramir Quote

MrCustomizer Posted April 12, 2008 Posted April 12, 2008 (edited) For some reason you have neglected to ask us your question. (*laugh*) Edited April 12, 2008 by MrCustomizer Quote
part 2 Posted April 12, 2008 Author Posted April 12, 2008 Intresting observation, perhaps the torsos are made in different factories with slightly different molds, or the molds have worn down. Also I resized your signature for you. Just go to the link below, and copy the address bar into you into your signature as an image, it should be smaller *wink* . smaller signature thanks :) For some reason you have neglected to ask us your question.(*laugh*) wat Quote
iamded Posted April 12, 2008 Posted April 12, 2008 wat Well you said: hi guysi got a question i have all 4 indi sets and 2 of the 4 indi's have sharp cornerd torsos all my nazis do dr.jons sr has so does belloque <snip> pic is of wht the torsos are like in comparison You said you had a question, and then you explained about the torsos, but you never actually asked a question. ~Peace Quote
Joey Lock Posted April 12, 2008 Posted April 12, 2008 wat You meen What? Do I have to Correct everyone around here! They must have been made in two different moulds. Mabye they started to use a Diffrent Machine to make them, machines need Upgrades after years, just like computers. Quote
part 2 Posted April 13, 2008 Author Posted April 13, 2008 Well i just thought it was strange 2 of my 4 Indi's have rounded torsos but the other two have sharp corners Quote
Pate-keetongu Posted April 15, 2008 Posted April 15, 2008 hmm, in my dwarves mine, other orc have sharp cornet torsos and other orc's is rounded. maybe if there isn't enough plastic in machine, it mades rounded corner. Quote
Fire_Mario Posted June 3, 2008 Posted June 3, 2008 You meen What? Do I have to Correct everyone around here! Mabye they started to use a Diffrent Machine to make them, machines need Upgrades after years, just like computers. "meen" should be "mean" and the "c" in "Corrections" should be lowercase. Anyways, that is pretty strange. I've never really looked at my torso's edges before. Good observation. Quote
Sir Dano Posted June 3, 2008 Posted June 3, 2008 "meen" should be "mean" and the "c" in "Corrections" should be lowercase.Anyways, that is pretty strange. I've never really looked at my torso's edges before. Good observation. While were correcting people, it's Indy not Indi. GET IT RIGHT PEOPLE! Quote
JimBee Posted June 3, 2008 Posted June 3, 2008 yes, i have noticed this too. i also noticed a strange difference on my indys. the one from motorcycle chase has brown, sharp (vision wise) stubble, but in Jungle duel, its reddish brown, blurry stubble. i doubt it has to do with the movie, because his stubble is grey in indy 4. Adam Posted June 8, 2008 Posted June 8, 2008 I do not know why. Maybe it's a design flaw, perhaps it is intentional, perhaps you can guess that i have no idea why. Quote
